Business Update: The PNP Rebrand
So, as you may or may not know, we have had our new website up and running for just over a year now, Nutrition Now 
The change came in to help improve the customer experience from the moment someone enters the website, right through to their order arriving at their door!
That starts from having a quality websiteTo speedy turnaround time of order processingUsing reliable CouriersCustomer Communication if any issues ariseObviously a positive customer experience is extremely important to us, whether it's in the shop itself or on our website, we want our customers to enjoy the experience and know we are always available to offer advice/ a helping hand if needed....or leave them in peace if they prefer 
The amazing work our staff do in regards to customer service, that is not seen, is HUGE...
- Replying to social media messages
- Replying to emails
- Chasing up any issues with Orders/ Returns
- Phone call conversations
- Contacting People about back in stock items
- Ordering specific items for people
The list goes on....
BUT the reason we have no problem dealing with the above list is purely because we want you have the BEST customer experience....because we know what we expect as customers ourselves...so we want to bring an EVEN BETTER service to our customers!
I truly believe we offer one of the most consistent, reliable and honest services in the industry!
We are not here to make a quick buck, as all our customers know, but are here to help people in the Health & Fitness industry, from someone who goes to a spin class twice a week, who just wants to feel a bit better about themselves, to the competitive athlete who is regimented in everything that they do, we are here to help everyone.....and we pride ourselves on that 
So, with all that being said, this post is to simply let you all know we will be changing our social media accounts to Nutrition Now :) This is because we feel the website has brought us to a place where it just makes more sense to link everything together and make things easier for everyone....improving the customer experience :)
This will remove the confusion of ordering from Nutrition Now and then having to search Performance Nutrition Plus on social media to tag us in your stories, ask questions or to have a nosey at our content
So if you see Nutrition Now pop up on your news feed, it's just us
