Delivery & Returns

At Nutrition Now we are confident that you will be happy with the products and service we provide. However, if you are dissatisfied in any way with the items you receive we offer a no hassle returns policy. Simply email info@nutritionnow.co.uk providing the reason for your return before sending it back to us unopened/undamaged within 14 days of product delivery and we will provide a refund or credit your account for the full value.

Returns Checklist:

• Contact us before return.
• We can only take back apparel if the original wrapping has not been removed or the item is found to be faulty.
• 
Supplements can only be returned with the seal still intact. We cannot accept opened or partly used products.

• Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please pack with care. All goods are inspected upon return.

• We recommend you obtain proof of postage.

• When returning items, please include paperwork received with your order, return reason and a contact phone number.
