Our Himalayan Salt is a Natural Mineral Bathing Remedy High Grade Himalayan salt sourced and processed naturally. 

 

Himalayan Salt helps relax tired, stiff and aching muscles, soothes the nervous system and detoxifies the body – feel your stress just float away.

Instructions for use: Dissolve salt in a hot bath of approx. 36-40°C. Relax and soak for around 15-20 minutes. For muscle relaxation: Use 500g-1Kg of salt per regular sized bath. For general wellbeing use approx 250g to 500g Store sealed in a cool, dry place, as over time salt can absorb moisture.
