Seven Seas Cod liver oil contains Vitamin D. Vitamin D increases the uptake of calcium in the body and is a prerequisite for strong bones. Cod liver oil is also naturally rich in two essential omega-3 fatty acids – DHA and EPA, which helps to maintain the body’s metabolism and circulation as well as maintain overall health.

Seven Seas Omega 3 Cod Liver Oil Recommended Dosage

Adults over 15 years: Two 5 ml teaspoons daily. Children over 11 years: One 5 ml teaspoon daily. Can be taken on its own or mixed with milk or fruit juice.
